Don’t-kill-a-cyclist campaign.

I think this is a great campaign. However I think it would be more effective if they introduce the death penalty for drivers of cars, cabs and buses that killed or armed cyclist or pedestrian.  Everybody knows that drivers are the bad guys, and yet the institution are so timid with them, so hesitant, almost as if they didn’t want to upset them.
