please tell me: who would pay 415k british pounds to live underground? (contains strong language)

For the third week (or more?) in a row I receive this fantastic offer from an estate agent: underground living for just 415k gbp in an area not far from Paddington. Should the map be not clear, the (few) windows are overlooking… the wall rising to the street level.. this is proper underground: no garden, no nothing: a fucking bunker, excuse my french.
