Couldn’t be more central to London. The doorman in top hat already sets the Wolseley above my average breakfast experience. I have only been for breakfast or Sunday brunch. First time I had a superb Wiener Schnitzel with potato mash. The meat was so tender that I could cut it with my eyes; the fried [...] I confess that until i ate at NF 202 I was prejudiced. Me not being exactly the fashionista, I found the mix of expensive products and food unacceptable, unbearable. I was up for a surprise when I finally gave in my friends and ate there. The food was nice and the service was even vaguely warm, not [...] (eye-talian) family run caff since 1902, so small you wouldn’t believe; signora Pellcci Senior is still the chef in command; son Nevio and a team of slim british italian (relatives?) run the deck.
