[...] got an ad for a property from a well known estate agent. the flat description reads: “Boasting a sizeable balcony and a superb standard of décor, this generous one bedroomed flat is wonderfully positioned close to a number of local amenities and within good distance of both …” See, you can fit an awful lot [...] For the third week (or more?) in a row I receive this fantastic offer from an estate agent: underground living for just 415k gbp in an area not far from Paddington. Should the map be not clear, the (few) windows are overlooking… the wall rising to the street level.. this is proper underground: no garden, [...] Updated 22/10: More bad news or just media bullshit?
