I have just finished watching BSG reimagined for the second time, from the miniseries to the end of season 4. It took 25 years to go from the the original BSG concept and series, to the new series which is, without any shadow of doubt (and according to the general consensus), THE best sci-fi series [...] this is actually a re-read. many a-years ago I read this book translated in italian and obviously it struck me as a great book. i loved the ideas in it, especially the ideas about revolution and freedom and fighting for ideals and TANSAATAFL. The website SCIFI.co.uk, has just published the results of a poll conducted within its community asking which the 20 best scifi (and fantasy and horror) movies. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to contribute for lack of time, but here are the results. |
